when they know how to execute the CDD18S, they sure don't know how to recoil it and show appreciation for drop in prices. i hope that the 18 TBTs won't be so thick-skinned to claim credit for the deflation just like they had claimed certain credits for the honglim hill territory.
let's be fair. when there is credit due, u don't have to mention, peasants sure know. but if there's mischief done in the guise of peasants' welfarism, again, it would be clear to see.
