一網打盡

all the ultra force from opp camps would be finally eliminated..............

this war strategy is called:

一網打盡

it means: rounding up all the very intimidating opp political wannabes and then slaughter them up all in one swop.

what a brilliant "opposition fixing" ploy.

how could that be so?.....think lah!! use your blain!

let's set aside this topic and look at the happening and performance of opp party leaders and prospective GE candidates.

what do we witness? nothing much actually.

now radar in onto the peasants' sentiments at ground level。 what do we sense? displeasure, anger. resentment and much unhappiness, sorrows and sufferings. it appears that our very expensive gabramen though being overly and obscenely paid has lost more money than peasants were fully told or aware of. (much details are still concealed from us and if we really know it, u bet there would be massive uproar and public protests!) our news most probably was gotten from foreign media sources and hence shittimes bo bian but had to kekek print it with lots of restrain.

this means paps has lost much of their credibility. the old goat's priceless quote about "THE ORCHESTRA PLAYS ON EVEN WITHOUT A CONDUCTOR" is holding true to every words which appear to be very satirically aimed at themselves.

inevitably, in the next GE more seats losses might be prominent. if we see that, pinky sees it too. now back to the intimidating rant he once issued: FIXING THE OPPOSITION. ok, compare to the present "allowing more opp into parleement".

what do u think is brewing in his pink matter?

he's kiasee and kiasu. his premonition about losing would really be a blow to "face saving". instead of waiting for that to happen, it would be better that he "fixes" the opp once and for all. (anyway, it's probable that in the next GE, paps might lose more seats so indicating to allow in more opp mps in advance would save much of the embarrassment later. get the point?)

the opp wanabes as could be seen are just a bunch of blurcocks and appear more for themselves than for peasants. just observe their habitual party hoppings activity, peasants sometime could get very deluded and confused.

eg, u thought ngejay was SDP and suddenly he was in RP. then as suddenly as u thought he was in RP, he was out again and back to SDP. and u think ”oh, so he's back in SDP now" and we heard he could be starting a new political party. such confusion!!

after leaving their original party, some of them even back-mouthed it and pour out more shits openly. such is the resentment when he leaves the party he once was an important "feature" in.

again, if i see that, pinky sees it too.

now to satisfy every peasants that opps are as a whole incompetent and mostly thinking about SELF than SERVICE, he schemes up this ploy to let in the opp mps into parleement and allow them to prove themselves how indept they could be.

he knows it. and if they prove otherwise, he could easily with the aid of his 80 other lackeys would sabo them openly in parleement. he got the means and the ways and the access to most infos which opp do not have. we saw how he and his ball-carriers tekkan ltk.

in the end, opp mps in parleement would make to look like idiots and dimwits. come next GE, what do u think the voters would do?

yep! permanently vote out the opp mps once and for all. next time, no one would dare to suggest supporting opp mps into parleement. the last surviving opp mps might even lose back their wards to the paps. the paps would eventually rule again for 10,000 yrs without any worry about any opposition. they are fully fixed and eliminated for good!

10,000 yrs, 10,000 yrs to the famiLEE DYNASTY...and now, the next ascent of the PRINCE can continue for austerity.

萬歲,萬歲。。。。萬萬嵗!!

something sinister is brewing in parleement soon

Parliament
WORKERS' PARTY'S SYLVIA LIM SAYS:

Is this a sign of future rivalry?
YES to more opposition MPs
YES to smaller GRCs
YES to more single seats
NO to more NMPs

By Ng Tze Yong

May 30, 2009

ST FILE PICTURE

COULD a new battle line have opened up in Parliament, fuelled in part by a snub from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong?

Speaking in Parliament yesterday about the changes to Singapore's political system announced the day before, the Workers' Party's Sylvia Lim was largely amicable, if cautious.

Increase the number of Single Member Constituencies? It's 'a step in the right direction', she said.

Increase the minimum number of opposition members of Parliament from three to nine? 'Supportable', she said.

Reduce the size of GRCs? It's an 'overdue' move.

But on one point, she refused to budge.

That was the move to make the Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP) scheme permanent.

the inclusion of more opp mps into parleement sounds very "gracious" and sportsmanlike of pinky. but wait! think again. why did he take such a long time to do this very vital change now?

the great super kiasu and kiasee once ranted about "fixing the opposition". ah....so why a change of heart now??

think hor.....something's very interesting and not very normal.

REAL & HIDDEN OBJECTIVES BEHIND F&D

time to awake, better awake....if not, suffer the consequences then.

the crux of the matter here is FLIRT&DESTROY. some think that going against the authority or the law is something very outstanding. what they didn't know was the reason behind the action.

is the action specifically for the peasants or trying to please another hidden objective? if it's for peasants, then the response from peasants are indeed shortcoming. but if for the "hidden objective", ahhhh....that would be a total different story.

now do u all understand and realise why the husband or family members wasn't thanked at all?

the art of FLIRT & DESTROY is to spur up anger, resentment and all negative emotions so that those being influenced or affected would just be.....well, FLIRTED & later DESTROYED. this explains why: DIE AND STILL DUNNO WHY phenomenum.

LANSEENESS continues with ULTIMATUM F&D

TBT Trial The 3rd Tranche - Why Am I feeling So Alone?

E-Jay, Ti Lik and myself, we are known to be the inseparable F4. Me being the Empress was always seen with my 2 trusted bodyguards by my side.

We used to do many things together like in this case took part in the protest together, and charged for illegal protest and assembly together.

With the latest development, and Ti Lik choosing to plead guilty due to his work commitment, I suddenly felt so alone without my trusted bodyguards watching over me or fighting alongside with me.

I remember chatting with Sylvester on Monday, who asked me how am I doing, I told him I don’t know if end of the day, what I am going through, to stick by my believe and my conviction is worth it, but I know I have to carry on, not for myself, but for my children. I am doing all this to pave the way for the younger generation, I hope by the time my kids are older, there is true democracy in Singapore.

Yet this afternoon after our lunch break, while Carl is doing his cross-examination, my handphone rings for several times, unable to pick up at that point of time and not knowing who called, I didn’t think much of it. When I reached home, I realized the school was trying to contact me because my son is sick and having a high fever. I was filled with remorse and guilt for not being there for him.

The price all of us - believers of democracy, have to pay to carry on with the trial. Of course, this is exactly what the PAPies knew and how they using it to kill us.. Some of us has the luxury of time on our side to continue the fight, while others like E-Jay, Ti Lik, Jeffrey George, Rajan and Suraya did not.

As a mother, a woman, I do have my limitation and emotional moments. I wouldn’t know if end of the day, what is going to come out of this trial, this fight, what I have lost along the way but I still chose to continue on.

To my remaining 12 comrades, thank you for giving me all the support I need to carry on this fight.

Thank you Siok Chin and John for always talking to me, lending me a listening ear.

Thank you Seelan for always checking if I am feeling ok. I feel your concern.

Thank you Sylvester for always sharing with me and assuring me you know what I am going through.

Thank you Shafiie for the butter bread that you sweetly order for me for breakfast on Monday.

Thank you Kai Xiong for always coming up to me and sharing some jokes to make me laugh.

Thank you Francis, for now you are the only one addressing me as Empress.

Thank you Gandhi, for the generous compliments to me each day at our trial which never fails to perk me up (ok I admit I am vain, and I loves compliments..haha)

Thank you Dr Chee, Carl, Jufri Snr for working through all those cross-examniation and speaking up not just for us, but the rest of the Singaporeans.

Thank you E-Jay, for the chat we share in this early morning. Your assurance and support gives me new strength and I know I have a friend in you.

Last but not least, thank you PAPies, for making all this possible. For you have taught me to be a strong woman, to standby my conviction and belief against all odds. You have educate my political knowledge along the way and develop true friendship from the TBT 18.

didn't we also hear lamui was a very "busy businesswoman", a "virtuous" housewife, a "devoted" mother of 2 kids and all the etc craps? it's a prelude to PG COS I GOT NO TIME......

it's forever self-praises and mutual self-admiration for all the idiotic and half-baked craps sdppies love basking themselves in.

to master chee, this is what PATRIOTISM is all about. now u can start laughing u guts out.

in short, just PLEAD GUILTY and SHUDDUP!! just like chia sai, jj and the other few nonedescript clowns. they only broke an egg but didn't fry it all the way. in simple term: IT'S ALL CRAPS!

and do be careful. FLIRT&DESTROY has reached its ULTIMATUM LEVEL 10. get hit and die without knowing why.

FOOTNOTE:

why does a troll remember to thank everybody but forget to thank one very important somebody? can u guess who?

yep!! why did she purposely leave out thanking her husband or family? think about it

chia sai and the rest would be killed by their own pride

Re: chiatilik PG. fined $1,600

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the perspective is to win support from the ground - the peasants. for chia's case, he's more on self-glorifying and self-righteous. it gives the impression he's all for SELF. This already signals the start of failure. it's no different from chee soon juan who keeps thinking peasants are in pysche with him for which they are not. he further harps on "increased supports" which in actual fact is a fairy tale.

chee all along cheated himself. even with respect to the peasants' support, he chooses to think they are with him rather than ignoring or even disagreeing or worst, mocking him.

if one is passionate to serve the peasants, he could do it in many ways. priority is : TO SERVE PEASANTS. if one could project that kind of mentality and thus the impression the peasants see it, ultimately, the supports would roll in and build up gradually.

ONE GOOD DESERVES A BETTER RETURNS.

chee fails to see that. neither does chia. probably that's why they can click and allow the paps to continue gangbang them. both of them haven't done anything good which impress peasants. if going to jail or be sued in good is what they are proud of, well, maybe the peasants are impressed that such stubborn idiots do exist here.

both do not realise that their actions do not tally with what peasants' expectation of an opp candidate or political wannabe. the best part, they still bask in their self-praises which make many puke.

a confused & self-contradictive 師爺 chia sai

1. Carl stopped me outside court and told me that if i had said too much. He told me that if i had stopped midway, i would not have been made to pay the additional S$400/-. So was it worth it? He asked me with a cheeky grin.

2. I told Carl that the $400 was well worth every cent as i needed to be clear that by pleaing guilty i am not backtracking on the principles and values i tried to push for. To me, i was only being frank to fellow officers of the court [the DPPs Issac Tan, David Low and the APP] an the Judicial Officer District Judge James Leong.

But frankly was being made to pay extra money wise?

3. To me, someone who has had the audacity to stand for public office, it was a simple matter of principle, of truthfulness and accountability, of being having the guts to break the law and face the consequences. Furthermore, the $400 is money from my own pocket which i will gladly pay as the price. From my recollection, other politicians have been made to pay sums in excess of S$400,000 for saying things that are objectionable to the powers that be.

4. Critics will say “In essence, i was made to pay S$1,600/- of my hard earned money [I don't make much anyway ] to the State because of my noseyness in wanting to speak up for my fellow citizens and also of my big mouth during mitigation in Court. This was $400/- more painful than the rest of my co-accused.”

4. But at the end of the day, the $400/- that was losing was every cent my hard earned money. I don’t mind losing it to stand by principles of truthfulness and accountability.

1. carl was wise. and who was carl?

2. you love to be foolishly egoistic and teekee, then pay the price and SHUDDUP!

3. your self-righteousness and prejudiced misled thoughts are simply very ludicrous and cartoon to the peasants. again, if u like, continue to think the reverse the public antics of ur involvement was chicken feet. it opposed only a simple law that such an action wasn't approved but again tricked by your own self-righteous and warped ego, u thought it was chilvarous to proceed. so pay the price and SHUDDUP!

4. thanks for the revelation, u poor miserable stingy lawyer. maybe u should join in GREAT S'PORE SALES and start giving discount for ur exorbitant leegal fees.

the truthfulness here is: u still haven't learnt a thing from the ordeal. u still think the LAW should be bent in your favour. master chee has indeed brain-washed and taught u very well. stand-by to march into a bigger longkang later. the last one was only a little ditch.

don't listen; don't regret.

master chee's brilliant psychic mental blast

it really does magic on his zombied beloved disciple, chia sai. even though, master chee realised that he is now on the losing ends when he witnessed one by one of his more formidable disciples begin pleading guilty. he was quietly displeasured cos all those PG used the same lame excuses: "GOT WORK COMMITMENT AND DUN VE ENOUGH TIME...."

This "NO TIME" excuse has become the official reason to kill the guilt or being coward and breaking free from the CRAZY DRAGON DEADLY 18 BLOW stance. this deadly kungfu formation is now left with 13 goondus. gosh! #13 - an accursed figure. would each slip into the magistrate's personal chamber and start pleading guilty??

in the end, it would be inevitable that only master chee would opt for his regular checking-in into queenstown holiday resort for another 2 weeks. then, all his disciples would start publicising what a patriotic marty master chee would be.

the disciples are just short of canonising master chee into ST CHEE OF JUAN. such is the ultimate level of pyschic skill master chee has achieved and dominate over his zombied disciples. peasants just couldn't help but awe at such dreadful mind-control and mind boggling deadly kungfu.

and so, as master chee's pyschic wavelength is doing magic on chia sai bird-blain, he was inspired to write his FIELD REPORT. ooh! he must be aching over the loss of 1.6 tael which he could ve bought more cans of FORTUNE SHARKSFIN OR BUTTFACE ABALONE. luckily, he still owns a dried antique abalone which he could nestle into when his craving lust for it.....

Pleading Guilty to Assembly and Procession without Permit – Why Pay More?
I took part in a protest on 15th March 2008. I was charged for 2 offences on 11th July 2008.

Yesterday, I decided to plead guilty to the charges i was facing as i already had gone through 2 tranches of 2 weeks each. This tranche would be the 5th week. The time spent on going on and on with evasive police witnesses in court was becoming more of a dread day by day.

I decided to plead guilty and disengage from the proceedings as i had my professionalism to my clients as priority. Surayah decided to do the same for reasons of her own.

DPP Issac Tan was visibly happy to know that i have thrown in the towel, the press was there ready to pounce…. ST’s Elena Chong and another reporter which I could not identify was there to report on the proceedings.

The charges were read. Surayah mitigated.

When District Judge James Leong asked me for my mitigation, this was what i said:

“I stand before this court with the dubious distinction of being an officer of the Court charged for offences which i am pleading guilty to.

Under normal circumstances i would be ashamed of myself but this is not the case here. It is my position that the law in question is designed to curb the activities of opposition political parties and it is my duty as a citizen to stand up against a law which violates principles of democracy and freedom.

Not out of defiance or disrespect towards the Court or the prosecution, i must state that I stand first and foremost a citizen of this country and because of my political convictions i cannot say that this will be the only offence.”

DPP Issac Tan jumped on my words and pressed the Court to take note of my lack of remorse.
District Judge James Leong took note of that and i was slapped with $200/- more for each charge.

ST was very quick with the report that i had thrown in the towel and that I had been fined $800 for each of the charges. However absolutely no mention was made by our mainstream media on why was it that i had to pay more?

Carl stopped me outside court and told me that if i had said too much. He told me that if i had stopped midway, i would not have been made to pay the additional S$400/-. So was it worth it? He asked me with a cheeky grin.

To me, someone who has had the audacity to stand for public office, it was a simple matter of principle, of truthfulness and accountability, of being having the guts to break the law and face the consequences. Furthermore, the $400 is money from my own pocket which i will gladly pay as the price. From my recollection, other politicians have been made to pay sums in excess of S$400,000 for saying things that are objectionable to the powers that be.

But at the end of the day, the $400/- that was losing was every cent my hard earned money. I don’t mind losing it to stand by principles of truthfulness and accountability.

This obviously pales in comparison with the position of stupidly losing S$4.6 billion of taxpayers’ money under extremely dubious circumstances and wanting to be shrouded under the cloak of secrecy.

For the Public Officers [public servants] reading such a comparison, I am sure they will be able to appreciate the finer differences between the two situations and reckon among the two, which would deserve greater respect.

I think by the above reasoning, i should measure up pretty well. And there are no prizes for guessing where i would stand from a scale of 1 to 10.

really sad. as stubborn and immature as ever. as self-righteous and self-glorify as ever. master chee is really good at brainwashing and increasing such stupidity from dumb to dumber. really sad!

JJ is the cheapest in the fine!!

sdppies pariah doggies waiting to be chromed by magistrate.....

wow!! JJ, the undisputed maths genius is still the best! he is the CHEAPEST! only fined $600. bet the rest of the remaining crazy dragon deadly 18 blow must be cursing and swearing at each other for not following JJ's quick as lightning PG's stance.

master chee executes mental energy transfer!!

his shaky most favorite disciple, chia sai is now not very steady and close to TAK BOLEH TAHAN. master chee pyschic sensor has picked up that negative thought. without further ado to prevent a mass hysteria spreading among his sdppies disciples, master chee executes a blast of pyschic wave hoping to calm, restrain and control their FREE TO THINK fried blains....

worldrights - Tue, 26 May 2009 6:20 am

Lawyer Chia Ti Lik stood in court before Judge James Leong and said, “[A]s a citizen of this country, I have to stand up against the law that violates the principles of democracy and freedom”.

There is no higher expression of patriotism than this.

ya right!! they should have followed JJ to PG hastenly and saved themselves 1,000 taels. for chia sai, it's sap-sap water cos being shi ye 師爺 or leegal advisor at 300 taels per joss-stick time, he would have recovered his lost taels in about 5 joss sticks time. if u throw in the tips and other "special" services, he could be making it back in lesser than a day of continuous joss stick burning consultation.

lamui is still stubborn LAN-C or defiantly indignant cos her lovelorn greenhat swordsman would surely appear to settle her problem even though of her betrayal done mercilessly unto him. love is blind and sometimes idiotic lover thinks only gold and silver taels could buy it back.

chia sai, the 師爺 pleaded guilty

always the case: tiger head; snake tail 虎頭蛇尾巴

Singapore lawyer challenges “law” that violates democracy, freedom
Monday, 25 May 2009
Singapore Democrats

Lawyer Chia Ti Lik stood his ground today when he told a district judge that “as a citizen of this country, I have to stand up against the law that violates the principles of democracy and freedom”.

Mr Chia made the defiant statement when he was asked by Judge James Leong if he had anything to say before sentence was passed.

Earlier, Mr Chia, one of the Tak Boleh Tahan (cannot stand) protesters, had pleaded guilty to two charges of “illegal assembly and procession” in front of Parliament House to mark World Consumers Day on 15 March 2008 where nearly 30 people had gathered to protest against the escalating cost of living.

This afternoon, Mr Chia pleaded guilty to the charges due to work commitments.

Before he was sentenced, Mr Chia read out a statement in which he told the judge: “I am not in defiance or disrespectful to the court. But because of my political conviction I can’t say this will be the only offence.”

Hearing this, Deputy Public Prosecutor Mr Isaac Tan noted that Mr Chia had shown “no remorse”.

Agreeing, Judge Leong said: ”Chia is unable to ensure the court that he will not do it again.”

The judge then fined Mr Chia, $800 for each offence, making a total of $1,600 or ten days’ jail in default. For his "unremorsefulness", the lawyer was fined $400 more than the amount meted out to Mr Chia's co-defendents who had siimilarly pleaded guilty also because of work commitments. The maximum fine for each offence is $1,000.

Another accused, Ms Suraya binte Akbar, a 26-year old housewife with three young children also pleaded guilty at the same court to the two charges and was fined a total of $1,200 or eight days’ jail in default.

Meanwhile, the trial involving thirteen other protesters continues at Subordinate Court 5 tomorrow at 9.30 in the morning.

shittimes leeported today 26 may.

another hits the dust in the TBT public antics. at least JJ was cleverer to PG without hesitation and fined only $600.

who's next to PG?

it wasn't really a all for one and one for all unity. it was more like a each man for himself. the whole antic was already destined to failure and embarrassment before it even started. sad.

if ONE pleads guilty, the judge would have already found ALL guilty. sadly, that's what UNITY were to the individual who PG. master chee ah juan's antics had failed miserably!

MY VERY LO SOH LONG WINDED PAGE: pinkdots invasion in honglim hill

to my idol swordswoman LUNG.....

Operation Spectrum - 22 years later
Sunday, 17 May 2009, 9:16 pm | 1,501 views
On 21 May 1987, Operation Spectrum swung into action.

A total of 22 people were detained under the Internal Security Act in two different operations - one in May and another in June.
Those arrested were subsequently accused of being involved in a “Marxist Conspiracy” to overthrow the Singapore government.

In this special feature week, The Online Citizen re-looks the events of 1987 with reports, write-ups, interviews and going back to the archives to see how the local broadsheet, The Straits Times, reported the events then.

“Although I had no access to state intelligence, from what I knew of them, most were social activists but not out to subvert the system.”

(Tharman Shanmugaratnam, 2001, Straits Times).

The detainees were never brought to trial.

For My Friends

Do not feel guilty because I am here

For guilt has no place in your heart or mine

Do not feel sad because I am here

For sadness too has no place in your heart or mine

Do not think I am bitter because you have gone home

For such thoughts show your ignorance of me

Do not think I am demoralized because you have gone home

For by such thoughts you insult me

I am happy that you are released

I am confident that you will see better days

I am confident that you will overcome all pains

I am confident that I will see you one day

there was news that black ghoul SEELAN disclaimed himself as a sdppy disciple when he realised master chee could be having a crush on him. he had planned to quit SDP CLAN soon. whether it was rumour or facts - WHO CARES!!

anyway, SILENCE OF LUNG was indeed marred by SDP's presence and involvement. just like the previous recent event of PINKDOT gathering. they were there trying to steal some limelight. this time round, they did steal a big rotten sour lemon - not much publicity was given to them by the medias. no tv, no cna news, no nothing...just an obscure SHIT TIMES column which only stated SEELAN as the organiser.

for those who wanted details of this infamous event which swordswomen TEO SER LUNG and TANG FONG HAR who were unjustly being framed as "marxist" and thrown into ISD jail for about 5 yrs, go to www.thecitizenonline.com for the finer details and archived newspaper cutting.

LUNG & HAR were the most chilvarous and courages swordwomen then. they were lawyers helping peasants to access legal aid within their means. they were then known as the LUNG XIA jie mei(in canton: LUNG HAR JI MUI) or LOBSTERS SISTERS. but if it was put in hokkien, it would be TEO TANG LUNG HAR cold dish combination or - pai seh, translated means "kena hammered lobster".

please save ur trip to SDP's warped noticeboard. as anticipated, they would stoop to such a stage to either steal the limelight - as usual or exploit the happening - again, as usual.

footnote: teo ser lung is now about 60 yrs old. her lockout in ISD was an accusation that had never be proven. peasants are still up till today left in the dark. MAY 21 marked the anniversary for that traumatic, unexplained event especially for those accused as reported.

internet wasn't as prevalent as now. the sgp gov still owes the nation some REAL, TRUTHFUL AND JUSTIFIED explanation. this incident sadly is continuously being harped at and exploited especially from dubious factors especially sdppies which themselves has never explained "their foreign backing" rumoured in the heartland of singapore.

notyrsdp super analytical skills!!

the 8 immortals - each with a specialised divine magical skill.

Why Siew Kum Hong is not a SDP Mole

Top 5 reasons why Mr Siew Kum Hong is not a SDP Mole?

Siew Kum Hong is a Nominated MP. SDP is a critic of the NMP system
Siew Kum Hong is representing the people by providing an alternative view in Parliament. SDP is representing itself outside Parliament.
Siew Kum Hong is a lawyer, conforms to legal norms. SDP has many lawyer members but actively breach the law.
Siew Kum Hong is seeking a second term as a NMP to be in parliament. SDP participates in elections because it has no choice.
Siew Kum Hong offers practical ideas while SDP is bias and offers ideas that benefit itself.

as usual, sdp clan never fail to hog the limelight and media attention. what a bunch of losers!!

people who believe in lies are stupid. people who don't believe in truths are even stupider. people who read my stories and get so agitated are the best! THEY ARE THE STUPIDEST!! LOL!!

silence of LUNG - 21 MAY, honglim hill

LUNG was a spunky pinsized specky girl who was thrown to jail accused of "marxist conspiracy". she is back now with a vengeance with newly learnt deadly kungfu skill and would be demonstrating her new-found martial arts on 21 MAY, honglim hill.

peasants who are interested may wanna attend. caution: matas might be deployed

Teo Soh Lung – In her own words

Tuesday, 19 May 2009

Teo Soh Lung was one of the original 16 accused of being part of a “Marxist plot” to bring down the Singapore government. She, along with 15 others, were arrested and detained under the Internal Security Act on 21 May 1987. Ms Teo spent two and a half years under detention.

Earlier this year, Ms Teo had several of her poems, which she had written while in prison, published in the book, “Our Thoughts Are Free”. (See TOC’s report of the book launch).

Teo Soh Lung

In the early 1980s, my good Catholic friend, the late Aileen Lau and I together with some others, helped to set up the Geylang Catholic Centre (GCC) at Lorong 17 Geylang. I think I worked 6 days a week without any salary. The work entailed teaching foreign workers how to speak English, giving talks on employment law and immigration, encouraging friendly table tennis competitions between the GCC and the Jurong Centre for workers.

In the 1980s the GCC was involved in a variety of activities. There were activities for foreign workers, Filipino domestic workers, ex criminals and ex drug addicts. At one time, the center was also involved in crisis management. There was a crisis center for battered women. I was not really involved in the crisis centre but made friends with some social workers and helped out when there was a need.

Filled with naiveté and idealism, I started a law firm at the Aljunied Industrial Estate. I rented one room above a tile shop. With the donation of a manual Olympia typewriter from my father, I began work as a lawyer. My aim was to make lawyers accessible to the people. I think my firm was the first to be operating outside the city.

I cannot remember how I managed to survive during those days. I was doing legal work as well as doing volunteer work at the GCC. I shuttled between Aljunied and Geylang.

My idealism attracted a young and bright lawyer by the name of Lai Maylene.

Subsequently another friend, Lee Kim Huay, joined us and the little room could not accommodate us. We then found a flat at Lorong 11 Geylang. We continued to work closely with the GCC while establishing our legal practice. We also found time to relax and kept in touch with friends in the legal profession and the University. Every Friday, we would have a cheese and wine session when we would invite a few friends. We would talk about anything and it was during one of those wine and cheese sessions that the idea of setting up a criminal legal aid scheme was hatched.

Our firm in Geylang was a meeting place for friends. There is a saying that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. Legal practice in the 80s was I think quite relaxed. There was always time for friends who dropped by unannounced. We would talk about anything, walk to the coffeeshop for a drink etc.

So it was that in the 1984 elections, our law firm became a focal point for election activities. Some of us became election agents for the Workers’ Party and we were very busy throughout the hustings.

After the 1984 elections, I decided to concentrate on work in the Law Society. I did not want to be accused of mixing politics with the work in the Society and so I stopped helping the Workers’ Party. I chaired a group and did the following work for the society.

Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Bill No. 7/85

In 1985, I was asked by the Society to prepare a report on the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Bill No. 7/85. The bill sought to deprive Singaporeans who failed to return to Singapore for a period of 10 years of their citizenship. I dutifully put up the report.

Criminal Legal Aid Scheme

As I said earlier, some lawyers and I were interested in the setting up of a Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. After several years of work, we finally sold the idea to the Law Society or rather, the President, Harry Elias. He asked us to help him set up the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. The Scheme was set up in May 1986.

Following the setting up of the scheme, I became even more involved in the work of the Law Society. I had always held the view that lawyers must play an active part in society. The law society prior to 1986 was, I think, a dead society. The chance to become active in the society came when Francis Seow was elected as its President. I approached him and told him that I was interested to help in the society’s work. I was asked to chair the Special Assignments Sub-Committee subsequently.

Independence of the Judiciary

I was involved in the preparation of a report to the Society on the Independence of the Judiciary. The then Justice T S Sinnathuray was then heading a Commission of Inquiry on the Independence of the Judiciary after Mr J B Jeyaretnam said in parliament that there was executive interference when the Senior District Judge, Mr Michael Khoo, was transferred from the Subordinate Courts to the AG’s Chambers after ruling rather favourably in Mr Jeyaretnam’s case.

The Special Assignments Sub-Committee also prepared reports on the Newspaper and Printing Presses Amendment Bill and the Legal Profession Amendment Bill No. 20/86. The 2 reports generated much discussion in the press. The intent of the Legal Profession Amendment Bill was clearly to deprive the then President of the Law Society, Francis Seow, of his position as its president and to further control the members of the society.

The report opposing the amendment to the Legal Profession Amendment Bill was sent to the Attorney General, Mr Tan Boon Teik. He did not respond. Because the Attorney General did not respond, the Society decided to publicise its views and the newspapers then carried an article on the bill. I think the article generated a great deal of discussion.

Members of the society knew that the bill would become law as a matter of course. I do not know whether it was folly or courage that I decided to call an extraordinary general meeting to persuade the government to withdraw the bill. Just before the EOGM, the government announced the setting up of a Parliamentary Select Committee to look into the bill. Views would be studied.

Some friends advised me to call off the meeting since the government was going to listen to views. Again I was foolish enough to check the Standing Orders and realised that a select committee cannot radically amend the bill at the second reading. It could only correct grammatical and minor errors. So there was no choice but to proceed with the extraordinary general meeting.

Some 400 out of a total of about 1200 members of the society turned up at the meeting. One senior member proposed an amendment to the motion by deleting the reasons for requesting a withdrawal of the bill. Patrick Seong, who seconded my motion, and I had a quick discussion and immediately accepted the proposal. The amended motion was put to vote and I think the vote was overwhelming, maybe 402 for with 2 abstentions.

Select Committee Hearing on 9 October 1986

I think the overwhelming support for the withdrawal of the bill at the extraordinary general meeting sent a panic button to the government. The entire council of the Law Society and the members of the Special Assignment Sub Committee were summoned before the select committee. After the 2 day hearing, I was warned by fellow members of the Bar to lie low. I did but it was too late!

I had submitted my name to stand as a member of the Council of the Law Society before the select committee hearing was announced. Whether it was sympathy or defiance of the members, I was voted into council with a good number of votes - I think 4 votes behind a very senior member of the Bar. In 1986, I had just entered the category of senior lawyers (i.e. lawyers with more than 12 years of practice).

You can arrive at your own conclusion as to why I was detained under the ISA.

On 21st May 2009, which marks the 22nd anniversary of ‘Operation Spectrum’, a group of concerned Singaporeans will be demonstrating against the treatment of the detainees who were detained without trial under the ISA. You are invited to come to Speakers Corner to remember this day.

Siew Kum Hong make police report, SDP now shit in his pants

Singapore Democrats

The recent online attacks on Mr Siew Kum Hong and his reputation is unworthy and cowardly. They come in the aftermath of the Aware imbroglio where Mr Siew spoke up against the “new ex-co” for taking over of the organisation. The message accused Mr Siew of being funded by foreigners and that he is a mole of the SDP.

But as nonsensical and distasteful as these slurs may be, making reports to the police, which Mr Siew did a couple of days ago, is not the solution.

In the first place, the attacks were written and passed around on the Internet. The writer chose to remain anonymous which is what the overwhelming majority of Internet users do. This ability to hide one's identity is both good and bad.

Good because many stories which would not otherwise see print in the state press are reported on the Internet. Without the cover of anonymity that the Internet provides, much of such information would not get into the public domain as its sources would be too afraid to reveal their identities.

Bad because people can write scurrilous things about you and get away with it.

Of course, we want to keep the good and get rid of the bad. But that's is not possible with the Internet because this is the nature of the beast. We have to take the bitter with the sweet.

But that's not to say that those attacked are completely helpless. The best way to stop these attacks is to take the accusations head on like what Mr Siew did and refute them. Challenge the accuser to produce the evidence to back up his or her claims, and even offer to reproduce them on your blog.

Then proceed to demolish these allegations with reason and facts. In other words take the fight to the accuser.

If the attacker refuses to take up the challenge, there is only one of two things he or she can do: Shut up or step up with the ad hominem attacks. Either way the silliness of the attacker will be made plain for all to see.

By going to the police, however, we send the signal that we want the identity of the perpetrator revealed so that action can be taken.

If the police launch a probe and uncover the individual, what happens to the Internet? Would it not lose its usefulness as a alternative source of news and analysis? Will not users start to look over their shoulders every time they post a message especially one that is unflattering of the powers-that-be? What will that do to the cause of democracy where a free flow of information is crucial?

Get the police involved and we destroy the promise that the Internet offers.

For those of us who are involved in the political and social spheres where public debates and taking sides are the norm, there will always be attacks against our persons and reputations. Get used to it.

But good leaders should not seek to take action, even though we can, against those who speak ill of us. However venomous and hurtful the words may be, we should rise above the attacks and seek dialogue and debate with our opponents.

The Singapore Democrats have been called all sorts of names and attacked in all sorts of ways. For us, the best way to deal with these attacks is to use this website to expose these lies with reasoned confrontation and in so doing show up the silliness and emptiness of such people.

Through the years, we have had to endure not just words but punitive actions as well. We have no recourse to the police because sometimes they are our accusers. In such instances, what do we do? We hold on to the truth and speak it at every opportunity we get.

We refute their allegations with reasoned argument and we let the force of logic be our weapon. We may be on the receiving end of the PAP's oppressive tactics presently, but things will change because history is on our side and the truth will ultimately prevail. It always does.

As for the comment that Mr Siew Kum Hong is a mole of the SDP, we wish to state for the record that the Singapore Democrats have little or no contact with the NMP. In fact, we are opposed to the NMP scheme because it is used by the PAP to undermine democracy in Singapore. As such, as highly as we may think of the individuals selected as NMPs, we have no interest in asking them, Mr Siew included, to speak on our behalf.

We wish Mr Siew the very best in all that he does.

Temasek sells BOA stake

By Alvin Foo

Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings has divested its entire state in Bank of America. -- ST PHOTO: TAN SUAN ANN

SINGAPORE'S state-owned investment vehicle Temasek Holdings said today that it has sold its entire stake in the Bank of America.
A Temasek spokesman said: 'We have divested our shares in Bank of America.'

The Straits Times understands the sale was done via a series of transactions in the first quarter of this year.

Temasek declined to reveal the average price it got for its 188.8 million shares, but preliminary estimates put the potential loss at a whopping US$4.26 billion.

Temasek had paid about US$5.9 billion for a 13.7 per cent stake in Merrill Lynch since December 2007, which was converted into Bank of America stock following the completion of the acquisition. This gave it a stake of some 188.8 million Bank of America shares, or about 3.8 per cent.

Reuters cited a source briefed on the deal saying that the shares were sold for between US$2.53 and US$14.81 in the first quarter.

Based on a Reuters calculation which assumed an average price of US$8.67, Temasek may have suffered a loss of about US$4.26 billion.

Temasek's net portfolio value dropped 31 per cent between March 31 and Nov 30 last year, from $185 billion to $127 billion.

True to form, we can expect that only a political party like the SDP would be in attendance at Pinkdot.

What does it say about the SDP's commitment to reach even the most marginalized of Singaporeans?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5p5hcMc75Q

look who we have here talking? SDPPIEs and chin chin, the bulldog faced sis of master chee!! could she be a member??

chin chin the bulldog faced sister of master chee was issued a secret mission: INFILTRATE THE PINKDOT CLAN. this is a unique clan where PLUs - a species of bold outlandish martial arts exponents congregate.

master chee was totally devastated that normal average peasants would let their hair down, wore pink costumes and gathered at the mere call by PINKDOT CLAN on a saturday in honglim kill. in the past, when master chee issued messages to gather at honglim hill to rebel against the LEEgime, only a handful of his most devout disciples and barely the same ding-a-ling group of about 20 blurcocks would turn up.

it was such an embarrassment!! master chee was liked slapping himself inccessantly when he insinuated that peasants were fearful, hence their absence to respond to his call. that DEMOCRACY was dead in peesailand. that he wasn't chio enough to attract any attention. er....this last phrase IS true by the way! LOL!!

even the PLUs shunned him. gosh!! master chee must be one freaky ugly fuck like shitface! bo bian! helplessly, he decided to direct a mock up lesbo affair between chin chin and lamui specially for this grand PINKDOT DAY at honglim. the unnatural lesbo affair between the 2 bitch and butch was even showcased in SDP's noticeboard.

JJ who was deeply obsessed with lamui did a photocshop by putting his face in place of chin chin closely standing beside lamui. uncleyap was devastated. he now turned his attention at chia sai who was dumbfounded as he just butt out his official wifey for the sake of lamui.

gosh!! this very complicated pink affairs were really getting out of hand and damn bloody confusing!! JJ having no one to fall in love in began a secret obssession on ng ah teck, supposely his aiya long lost father. but to JJ, it was a different feeling for the unwitting ah teck.

as the affair of the hearts turned and twisted.... the new combination of pinkdotties were as followed:

chin chin x lamui - lesbo pinky affair
uncleyap x chia sai - gayish pinky affair
JJ x lamui x ah teck - complex threesoming BI multi-colored affair

where did that leave master chee? well, he was eyeing lovingly at seelan, the black mamak from the BLACK&WHITE GHOULIE DUO who were last arrested in kangarohill.

with all the sdppies disciples matched in their rightful pinkie position, it was about time for MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 2: INFLITRATION INTO PINKDOTCOM.

chinchin had managed to make advantageous contact. guess we would have to wait how her MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 2 proceed on.

stay tuned.....

Opposition and civil society must come together for sake of democracy

Chee Siok Chin Civil society seems to be anxious to avoid sharing the same platform with opposition parties. The reason often cited is that they want to remain non-partisan, that is, not taking sides with any political party or support any political manifesto. Polite and friendly greetings are exchanged but little substantive conversations transpire when the groups happen to meet....

lst stage about chinchin's infiltration into PINKDOT CLAN. hopefully, pinkdot clan wouldn't be jinxed like bald swordsman kum hong who is now suffering from serious injuries after some clowns sabotaged him and accused him as a SDP mole in the PARLEEMENT and "receiving foreign aids from SWEDEN". now we roughly know where, who and what SDP's foreign backing is from.

pinkdots invasion in honglim hill

the gathering of pinkies from the PINKDOT CLAN was so overwhelming!!
Straits Times Online, 16 May 2009
ST link

By Nur Dianah Suhaimi

THE greens at Hong Lim Park were awashed in pink on Saturday when about a thousand people turned up to participate in Singapore’s first ever outdoor gay event.

Pink Dot Sg, a gay interest group, organised the event.

The group was lobbying for a ‘more inclusive Singapore’ as well as the freedom to love, regardless of sexual orientation.

Those who turned up wore different shades of pink, a colour synonymous with gay people. Many held pink balloons and umbrellas and lounged around on pink picnic mats.

At 5pm sharp, the group gathered to form a huge pink dot in the park.

The gay event was first initiated by Singaporean Mr Roy Tan, 50, who works in the health-care industry.

The event was initially scheduled to take place in November last year. But the date was later postponed due to overwhelming response from the gay community, according to Mr Tan.
SDP clan can't even garner a tenth of the turnout. gets to show how infamous master chee and his looney disciples really are.

SINGAPORE: Singapore said on Friday it was "dismayed" after Myanmar's ruling military lodged new charges against detained Myanmar democracy icon Aung San Suu Kyi and called for her release.

The city-state said this could set back fellow ASEAN member Myanmar's national reconciliation process.

"We reiterate the call for the release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi from detention. We are also concerned about recent reports on her poor health, and that the arrest may exacerbate her condition," the foreign ministry said.

"Singapore is dismayed by this latest development. This is a setback for the national reconciliation process."

The 63-year-old Nobel Peace prize winner and democracy leader is facing five years in jail for allegedly breaching the terms of her house arrest after a US man swam to her lakeside house.

She has already spent most of the past two decades confined to her home after winning 1990 elections which were never recognised by the ruling military authorities.

Singapore and Myanmar belong to the 10-state Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which has a policy of non-interference in the internal affairs of member states.

Myanmar last year ratified ASEAN's new charter, which seeks to set standards of human rights and democracy for member states.

Descent of the nerd jj

JJ is at the lower right corner listening tentatively to his aiya father ah teck

after his plotted conspiracy into RP and schemed for his ascent, JJ unwittingly found his longlost father ng ah teck and thought it was a great boost to ASCENT OF THE NERD.

however, things took a wrong turn. RP disciples were doubtful about his inclusion into their clan. they were also unhappy with ah teck for his dire procrastination in find a new SA KA TAR LI or official housekeeper after the death of JBJ.

they booted ah teck out cos they contemplated cronism. ah teck intended to put JJ for the SA KA TAR LI post. this was a very powderful position even the boss ken had to give way 3 steps. it was as good as being the OVERLORD of the clan.

should JJ succeed in holding to this SA KA TAR LI, he would have gained domination over RP and the ASCENT OF THE NERD mission would be completed. SDP's part B then could be put into action - INFILTRATION & TAKEOVER OF RP.

man propose, heaven dispose..... it was a close to perfect plan. JJ didn't forsee his martial arts bad reputation and notoriety in sabotaging those around him. many rp disciples had friends from WP CLAN who shared secret infos among themselves.

lamui and chia sai who were once their poster-couple in WP had created much torrents of discords. finally they had to quit WP and find refuge in SDP which was the biggest troublemaker for peesailand and bringing much awkard embarrassment to other opp clans due to their silly little antics.

JJ was also associated with the newly branded CONDOM HERO, lamui n chia sai. that aggravated the mistrust on him. hence, the majority didn't welcome JJ nor the idea his aiya father suggested, i.e, to crowned JJ as the RP's SA KA TA LI.

ah teck sadly got the boots. without his aiya father in RP, it would be meaningless for JJ to stay on. this started the rolling of DESCENT OF THE NERD. so out JJ go hand in hand with ah teck.

there were 2 options for the father and son team now: set up their own clan or re-join SDP - the original clan of JJ who till date still hadn't confirmed which clan he was supposed to be. SDP? RP?....or, impossibly WP?

If his other Fantasick 4 members were in SDP, why didn't JJ being one of the member stick together there?

something's not very right here. discords brewing? stay tuned to find out.....shocking revelation soon!!

internal discords, external sowings

HI! we are the desperado sisters madly in luv with TC, heeheehee....!

the stupid nerd must have been poisoned by desperate troll's FLIRT&DESTROY. their ploys were executed simultaneously. look at phd nerd's poem:

no wonder, he got his long lost father unfaltering support thereby causing himself to be scrutinized by the party he founded with JBJ. it was a sad episode and the troll is shedding more crocodile tears. both troll & nerd had successfuly sowed discords in RP and the poor TC is still oblivious he had been sold! if not, why would 3 others left RP? could there be more to quit and jump over to SDP?

Archiving J B Jeyaretnam's papers for posterity

The late J B Jeyaretnam (JBJ) was an important figure in Singapore's political history from the 1970s to his passing last year. Now that he's gone, what does one do with his papers and other objects that represent his life's work?

Against all odds, Jeyaretnam won the Anson by-election in 1981, becoming the first opposition politician to break the People's Action Party's (PAP) monopoly of parliamentary seats since the mid 1960s. His victory set in motion a series of reactive changes to the PAP's behaviour, leading to the many features of Singapore's political scene today, such as defamation suits and Group Representation Constituencies, further reinforcing other repressive habits like tight controls over the media.

Together with Chiam See Tong, Jeyaretnam was the face of dogged opposition to the PAP for a decade until new leaders emerged in the 1990s.

For many years J B Jeyaretnam tirelessly spread his message about the government's oppressive style by selling books at street corners. Picture from The Economist

It must be obvious that his notes and letters, representing as they do his thoughts, obstacles and battle plans, are a rich mine for future historians. Even simple objects like an election poster could be part of future exhibitions, to inform another generation of Singaporeans of this man's role in defining Singapore.

So where should they go to now?

International Institute of Social History

Yesterday, I met Emile Schwidder and Eef Vermeij of the International Institute of Social History, based in Amsterdam. Partly funded by the Dutch government, the institute is interested in archiving material relevant to their mission. As I understand it, they are in contact with the Jeyaretnam family about JBJ's papers, though final agreement has not yet been reached.

The institute catalogs all the material it receives, removes all rubber and metal elements, e.g. paper clips, packs them in acid-free boxes and stores them its own climate-controlled warehouse. The catalogs will be put online, and they have even started a project to digitise material starting with some really significant ones like the manuscripts of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels.

Access to the papers for research will be liberal, but subject to agreement with the family, who will remain owners of the material. This means that certain papers may be held as confidential for a long while.

The institute also loans out material for exhibitions around the world. One of the most interesting next year will be material relating to Henk Sneevliet, who around 1914 founded a workers' union that eventually became the Indonesian Communist Party. In 1920/21, he was sent by Vladimir Lenin as Comintern representative to the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, which he helped set up. He's mostly forgotten by Indonesians, especially after the communists' failed putsch in 1965, but the Chinese are interested and have contacted the institute to loan the material. Henk Sneevliet had a Chinese name: Ma-ling.

Other stuff the Chinese government might not (yet) be so interested in would be the materials from the 1970s' "Democracy Wall" movement and around the time of the Tiananmen crackdown in 1989.

The institute also has many other items relating to communists in Indonesia, particularly before and after the 1965 events. Other growing collections relate to the Burmese opposition movement and social movements in Nepal and the Philippines.

One particularly moving item they have is the blood-stained shirt of Lean Alejandro, a student activist who campaigned for democracy. Alejandro was shot and killed in 1987, aged 27, and the gunmen are still unidentified. For a story on this brave young man, see UP activist Lean Alejandro remembered 20 years after killing.

Appeal

Currently, JBJ's materials are lying in various boxes in different locations -- I can imagine it's going to be a lot of work sorting them out. But this may be dwarfed by a bigger problem: Since he was with the Workers' Party for some of the most important years of his political life, much material may be there... if they are still there.

Meanwhile, this is an appeal to anyone who has material related to JBJ to contact his elder son Kenneth Jeyaretnam. It could be old copies of The Hammer published at the time when JBJ was secretary-general of the Workers' Party, election posters, banners or flyers. It could be letters, photographs or news clippings... anything like that. They will help flesh out the memory of the man and enable future generations to better understand his role and significance.

National Archives

But what about our National Archives? some readers might ask. Isn't that what they are supposed to do?

I would have thought so too, but one cannot but wonder whether they are even interested. That said, I understand that they recorded about 60 hours of oral history from JBJ, so it's not as if they are totally ignoring his legacy.

Yet, even if our National Archives are interested, I can't help but wonder how they are going to handle the material once they have received them. Speaking just for myself, not for the Jeyaretnam family, questions that arise are: Will there be open access? Will some materials mysteriously disappear? Will confidential material remain confidential, especially if the information therein proves politically useful to the ruling party?

It is a sad reflection of the corruption that has crept into our country's institutions that we instinctively ask such questions. We all know that lines have been blurred between state, government and ruling party. In fact, it is part of JBJ's legacy that we have been shown this.

if u wanna be in the news, be a SDPPY!

peesailand is quite a sleepy land. of late, we have AWARE catfights from 2 groups of bitches - the hooleey mollys and the original AWARE. the former was led by JOSIE with her group of wild pussycats who using a very systematic scheme usurped and dethroned the original bitches of AWARE. it was a fierce and passionate pussies and bitches fight. DEMOCRACY prevailed. the old AWARE won back their throne and josie & her pussycats were left licking their wounded pride.

next, there was a sudden announcement of the capture of #1 terrorist, MAS SELAMAT. wong cunt sing, the 2nd right handed man from the LEEgime was so pleased and proud of himself. he began singing and operaing praises upon praises on himself, his hometeam of matas and his special intelligient agents ISD or Imbecile Stupid & Dumb.

matland, the neighbour of peesailand had lowered paid matas and caught mas during APRIL 1st. they informed wong cunt sing who thought it was a cranky april fool joke. if his lumpar one hometeam couldn't catch mas, how was it possible those kampong matlanders apprehended him so easily? yep, it was a joke to wong until they sent some of mas' shaved beard to him that he realised it was true after having it DNA-ed.

so far so good..... exciting news to keep peesailand alive and excited.

the martial arts world has been in quite a doldrum beside the last little petty nondescript news about resignation of ng ah teck, co-founder of RP CLAN. and even pettier news about JJ's hello/goodbye stint in RP after finding his aiya longlost father ah teck. father and son r contemplating of setting up proably another martial arts clan to take on the wu-lin politics world.

SDP clan as usual posting discreditable pettier unrelated news about how bad the gahment is, how corrupted the LEEgime.....etc, etc, etc. they would be facing the magistrate DAREEN PAO again next month. an uncanny calm before the storm.

chia sai and lamui the CONDOM HEROES were now laying low. there was a weird news in LIANHE wacky times that a bitch bit off the dick of her lover in a sexmobile at a secluded lover's spot after a van rammed into it. it was a warning for those kungfu experts to be careful where they put their precious in some iron-teeth bitches' mouth. what a cranky and freaky accident!!

RP CLAN's boss is also planning great scheme to strengthen his grasp on his new found power. he is facing immediate criticisms from ah teck who is probably instigated by shadowy ninja behind his back. the most probable culprit could none other be JJ.

this storyteller has of late been targeted and bombarded by hordes of crazy clones seemingly from the same source. who else? but the nasty SDPPIES led by JJ, the mastershapeshifter.

this has brought us to the attention that the boisterous SDP CLAN has been good little boys and girls. lately after so many news breaking events, they were quite dormant and passive. hmmm...doesn't look like the nature of the sddppies or master chee's pattern.

being a SDPPY used to get into the news with their public misbehaviour. however, after bouts of repeats, peasants have gone tired and sick of it. even the SHITTYTIMES feeling that sdppies' antics are no longer newsworthy. it's so predictable now. it even forms certain standard pattern.

first, master chee would stir up a ruckus about some silly topic like FORTUNE SHARKSFIN increased in price to stage a public demo that livelihood had reached a neck breaking point and called themselves TAK BOLEH TAHAN!

for now, they should stir up another more appropriate public ranting about fair issue: PAY MATLANDERS FOR CAPTURE OF MAS SELAMAT!! do not shortchange our ingenius kampong neighbours for their prowess in bersilat kungfu.

or they could exploit on this issue and preach it to peasants: IF BITCHES CAN BEAT PUSSYCATS IN AWARE, PEASANTS SHOULD ERECT SDPPIES INTO PARLEEMENT!! DEMOCRACY IS ALIVE!!

suprisingly, it is all very quiet.....too quiet for comfort. something's brewing. u can just smell the stench in the air.

father & son martial arts team

JJ successfully infiltrated into RP CLAN as a "secret weapon" deployed by master chee to spot check n report about RP's internal activities. a bonus to JJ was he found his long lost father ng ah teck.

the new RP boss, ken was skeptical about the presence of JJ in his clan. there were just too many rumours about the notorious nerd in the martial arts world of politics. the main one was JJ was one of the favorite disciples of master chee of SDP clan. all of a sudden he bewildered everyone by becoming a RP newcomer.

what had happened between he, the nefarious F4 and SDppies was all shrouded in uneasy silence. in RP's noticeboard - RP FACEBOOK, there were brief exchanges between JJ n ken. suddenly, lamui couldn't tahan her itchiness and joined in the fray. of course, she was instrumental and could be deployed again by SDP to try her deadly F&D skill on RP boss, ken. (ng ah teck had fallen into her F&D grasp unfortunately.)

however, her ploy of hidden motive failed again terribly. it only confirmed that JJ's unexpected presence in RP was sowing more doubts and discords and the nerd refused to clarify.

ng ah teck, JJ's aiya father was overly protective of his long lost son. he wanted him in the CEC circle of influential disciples who could call the shots. of course this group of dominant disciples rejected JJ's inclusion. maybe ah teck had planned for JJ's succession after him. he was after all the co-founder and half a chiefy of RP. that was PLAN A: THE ASCENT OF THE NERD.

there was some strange red indian dancing session in RP called the POW WOW WOW. outrageously. this sounded like SDP's rabid pariah barking of HOW, HOW AND BOW WOW WOW. again, lamui was present and doing her famous skeletal rattling dance. at the same time, she brought in some SDPPIES to mingle and check out the latest happening in RP among the RP disciples. yes lah, what else? F&D was sown. so obvious.

pretty strange, isn't it? SDP dancing RP red indian POW WOW WOW...... it did give an impression that SDP had deep alliance with RP. could it be that SDP was trying to indirectly tell the LEEgime that RP was a close "associate" with them which mean if there would to be a greater public upheavaling next time, it would be a bigger and wilder bunch!

well, in the end after much queries and lack of clarifications, JJ's PLAN B was set in motion: IF U CAN'T GET THEIR TRUST, THEN GET THEIR MEN OVER.

unfortunately what PLAN A didn't succeed, PLAN B was executed brilliantly!! to ng ah teck long lost blood is always thicker than longer flowing water. he chose to leave with his longlost aiya son JJ. along with him, another 3 vital disciples also quit RP.

JJ with 4 marvellous catch from RP returned to SDP and were greatly praised, rewarded and kissed left, right and center by master chee.

PLAN C: ng ah teck might be forming another clan with JJ and 3 others ex-RP disciples as the asst chiefy. they refrained from joining SDP cos that would be so obviously and enhance the stinky bad name to the clan. as a gesture that they would be working closely with master chee, the new clan would be named PDS using the same S D P letters to denote. what does PDS stand for?
hmmm..... PEOPLE DOING SHITS which was quite similar to SDP, SHITS DOING PEOPLE.

Ng Teck Siong: Kenneth Jeyaretnam in a hurry for power

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New Reform chief rapped
By Kor Kian Beng

A MAN in a hurry for power - that was how Reform Party's ousted chairman Ng Teck Siong described Mr Kenneth Jeyaretnam, who took over as the party's secretary-general on Monday.
'He's in a hurry for power, so I'll just leave it to him. He has been saying he wants to be the secretary-general. What can I say? Let time prove it,' Mr Ng said last night.

Last Monday, the Reform Party announced the appointment of Mr Jeyaretnam as secretary-general, Mr Edmund Ng as interim chairman and Mr James Teo Kian Chye as interim treasurer.

In a statement, it also said that Mr Ng, 68, resigned as chairman after a no-confidence vote against him at a central executive committee (CEC) meeting on Sunday.

Opposition sources said that Mr Ng - a long-time ally of Mr Jeyaretnam's late father and Reform Party founder J.B. Jeyaretnam - fell out with the new leaders as he was slow in appointing a new secretary-general.

The post was held by the elder Mr Jeyaretnam before he died of heart failure last September aged 82.

Asked if he was ousted because of his slowness in growing the party membership, Mr Ng said: 'In seven months, the party had been getting new people. So how could I not be doing things right?'

But he confirmed that he quit the party due to differences with its new leaders. He said that three other CEC members had also quit. And at least one other party member - his blogger son Ng E-Jay, 32 nick name moonwu, dogtracker, thebonerman, communist etc, who joined just last month - has also resigned. (words in red were extra from that poster)
On his immediate plans, Mr Ng said he may join another party, form a new one, or stand as an independent candidate at the next elections due by 2012. He has also been invited to join other parties, he said, but declined to name them.

Mr Jeyaretnam, 50, a hedge fund manager, could not be reached yesterday. But when contacted on Monday about leadership changes, he said the CEC 'just felt that they needed somebody of higher profile to take the party forward'.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RP's latest boss, ken should meet JJ and his long lost father, have a open-heart dialogue/discussion and clarify all hidden doubts and mistrusts.

hearsays, stories and rumours are good only as a general guideline but proving it oneself should be the order of the day.

we are all now entering into a phase of fast IT where infos are easily at the fingertips. then again, how authentic are those infos gathered.

now that this clash of the leaders in RP, confidence and credibility are once again put at stake. that's would do the opp clans no good and only benefits the LEEgime further. i think the biggest set back is our own EGO. we just cannot accept being embarrassed. everyone wants their points to be accepted and right and so the conflicts will continue

the long lost father/son team could now be contemplating to set up another CLAN to add to the disarray of weak opp clans. what is the point then? opp disciples are all endangered species. with such drama taking place, more would gladly extinct and exit themselves from the opp families of kungfu exponents who thought they could unite and fight against the famiLee and overthrow the LEEgime in the next wu-lin GE tournament.

it seems that such goal is drifting further and further. it would be even harder now to win any provinces.

MISUNDERSTANDING SHOULD BE RESOLVED AND NOT PRESUMED WHO'S RIGHT, WHO'S WRONG just like that from forums, rumours and "weird researches".

just like BUDDHISM, see the TRUTH and now attached to what that is written, spoken or even seen. only when one see, hear and face it himself from the horses' mouths , then such presumption can be confirmed.

opp clans should behave more mature and not like child's play. their mission to IMPROVE LIVES OF PEASANTS and not play of wet mud after a heavy storm.

the earlier they can come to terms with the real BIGGER PICTURE and setting aside egoistic or prejudiced feelings, the better they can resolved their differences and strive to work in unity for the great goal.

if everyone's keeping mum about their inner disputes and indifferences, this will not augur well for the GREAT REVOLUTION TO OVERTHROW THE PAPS.

Re: why didn't NGEJAY remain with SDP?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

well, here's the answer fresh from the horse's mouth or rather the nerd's:

EDITOR’S NOTE: A total of 4 CEC members have resigned from the Reform Party, according to Mr Ng Teck Siong. I have also resigned (I was an ordinary member). My resignation was tendered via email to the Secretary General and the interim Chairman on the morning of 30 April 2009.

Written by Ng E-Jay

seem to be a jolly good catch and netting back 4 RP cec members for SDP. he should deserve a big kiss from the fishmonger troll and a heroic plate fr chee.

from the look of events unfolding, it seems that ngejay could be an undercover agent from SDP sent to infiltrate RP

ah teck's wu-lin meeting in honglim hill

ng ah teck fighting back

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

sorry for the regular orgies interludes from the master shapeshifter's clones....and now a new revelation from jj's long lost father ng ah teck.gosh!! he was really sore and appeared like preparing to fight back against.

Mr Ng Teck Siong, former Chairman of the Reform Party, conducted a press meeting at Speaker’s Corner on 30 April, at around 6.30pm, to explain the events surrounding his alleged ouster from the party, and discuss his future political direction. The press meeting was attended by around 20 supporters, which included former CEC members of the Reform Party who also tendered their resignations this week.

Mr Ng Teck Siong first read out his statement to the press, a copy of which is attached below this article. In his press statement, Mr Ng said: “I have been JBJ’s steadfast companion and right-hand man from the time we left the Worker’s Party in 2001, to the formation of the Reform Party. I have always seen the Reform Party as the embodiment of JBJ’s ideals and values. While I was Chairman of the party, I strongly believed that in addition to paying close attention to the bread and butter issues concerning all Singaporeans, the Reform Party should also seek to reform our political system and campaign for effective separation of powers between the legislature, Executive and Judiciary. Only when Singaporeans have been granted political rights can they effectively campaign for their economic rights.”

Mr Ng also said that he wished to rally his comrades in Opposition towards the common goals of fostering opposition Unity and delivering a credible and robust challenge to the PAP.

During question-and-answer time, mainstream media and alternative media reporters were very keen to know more about the disagreements between Mr Ng Teck Siong and the new Secretary General, Kenneth Jeyaretnam.

Mr Ng said that the new team in Reform Party was “weak and infirm of purpose”. He also expressed regret that “a mis-step had arrived”, referring to recent events leading up to the installment of Kenneth Jeyaretnam as the new Secretary General.

In a press release on 27 April, the Reform Party said that “a vote of no confidence in Ng Teck Siong as Chairperson of the party was passed by a majority vote of the CEC”. However, Mr Ng repeatedly denied this claim, saying: “There was no meeting.”

Further queries by reporters about the vote of no confidence were dismissed by Mr Ng, who said that he did not wish to dwell on past disputes.

Mr Ng also denied being ousted from the party, saying that he resigned on his own accord.

According to TOC who spoke to Mr Ng Teck Siong after the press conference, Mr Ng had called for an emergency meeting on 26 April, and that four items were on the agenda. However, the meeting could not proceed, and he had no choice but to call it to a close.

I also checked with Teck Siong after the press conference was over. He confirmed that after he closed the emergency meeting, there had been no further communication between him and the other CEC members who had crossed over to Kenneth Jeyaretnam’s side on Sunday. He had submitted his resignation letter on Monday morning, and up till that point, he was not even aware about there being any vote of no confidence against him.

“How could a vote of no confidence be passed when only 3 attendees signed the attendance sheet?” he asked, in reference to my question whether the motion of no confidence was passed on Sunday itself.

TOC reports that they are currently querying Reform Party on the vote of no confidence (see TOC’s report below).

when and how has he joined? actually it's confusing here. let me rephrased: how long did he join RP? was he a SDP member b4 jumping over to RP? if so, why the switch? (OR is he refering to SDP? THIS IS CONFUSING!!)

....and now u said "he has left RP". how long was he there?? and why he left again?
