(the LEEgime must have learned about it by now or else there wouldn't be such a new proposal.)

master chee was really superb to have discovered that loophole. when such confidential court proceedings were secretly taped, the illegality wasn't yet set or carved out in stone. presumably, ah juan would be left untouched for this mavellous but devious kungfu stunt.

the famiLEE must be reeling in the heat and fuming anguishly for being treated so ungraciously. ah juan and chin chin sure had their field days then. but for how long could such arrogance, disrespect and foolish yayapapayaism virulent in SDP CLAN last?

more and more peasants were pissed. but then again, yayapapayaism was also a terrible mannerism that was affecting the sddpies disciples. that was their characteristic trademark. sooner or later, one would be able to differentiate who was a sddpy amongst the opp poliitical kungfu clans. the sdppy disciple would soon have a PAPAYA mark on the forehead not to be mistaken about papayaless on the bosom. papayaless bosoms could most probably be sdppy bitches but u cannot sink a whole sampan of people by a sweep of the bamboo pole.

confusing? very! let's try it again. rephrasing: most political kungfu bitches from sdp clan were papayaless bosom but not all papayaless came from there. this could only be differentiated by the mark of the PAPAYA which is only unique to sdp trolls and bitches.

chee ah juan's new age CHEEISM had since branched off a NEW sub-tribe called YAYAPAPAYAISM. scary!! more mischiefs. more secret darts duped with slow painful poisons. more sinister secret gadgetries.....and definitely more laughter next round if they were to perform another public clowning entertainment.

New contempt of court charges

UNAUTHORISED audio recordings of court proceedings are now liable to lead to contempt of court charges in new rules that kicked in in the new year.

The changes embodied in the gazetted Rules of Court 2009 also provide the courts with more power to act against anyone who obtains an unauthorised copy of a court transcript.

The move is among several rule changes approved by an 11-member Rules Committee, headed by Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong and includes Attorney-General Walter Woon and Judge of Appeal V. K. Rajah.

It comes following a recommendation from a report presented by a group reviewing the rules last year, which suggested taking action against those who reproduce court audio-recordings without approval.

Prior to the changes, those who applied for transcripts of the official court hearings had to seek approval and vouch not to reproduce or transmit it in any form or on any audio record supplied.

But the Supreme Court Registry found enforcement of the previous system difficult as the obligation was 'a mere contractual one,' according to the report.
